Chandler, Maricopa County — the East Valley.
Chandler is not one kind of yard. A few blocks off Arizona Avenue near downtown the houses are 1980s ranch stock, landscaped back when keeping a lawn green was cheap, and the water still runs the way it was piped then. Head south past Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch and the subdivisions went up in the 2000s with drip line, a timer and rock already in the ground on the day the family moved in. Those two yards are watered nothing alike. A repair that is obviously right on one street is the wrong repair three miles away, which is why we look at what is actually in the ground before quoting anything.
Primos Landscaping LLC works Chandler out of Mesa — irrigation, tree and palm trimming, sod, rock and desert design, hardscaping and patios, and yard cleanups — in English and Spanish. Estimates are free. If showing the problem is easier than describing it, send photos of the yard on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we see.

Two things move most of the work in Chandler. The first is the water bill: a lawn that was ordinary in 1985 costs real money to keep green now, and a steady number of front yards get pulled out and rebuilt in rock, borders and low-water planting for that reason alone. The second is turnover — the rentals around the tech corridor change hands often, and a yard that has gone brown and shaggy is the first thing a new tenant brings up and the first thing a listing photo gives away. Underneath both stands the same set of trees: ash and mesquite put in when these neighbourhoods were new, now tall enough and heavy enough that trimming them is a saw, rope and trailer job rather than something a hedge trimmer touches.
That is the range we cover here, and it is why one company doing water, rock, grass, shade and haul-off matters on a Chandler lot. Converting a front yard to rock is an irrigation job before it is a rock job — the drip has to be reworked for shrubs instead of turf, or the new gravel just sits on top of a system watering nothing.
Neighbourhoods we work in: Ocotillo, Downtown Chandler, Fulton Ranch, Sun Groves.
