These terms cover this website and the work Primos Landscaping LLC does for customers in Arizona.
Estimates are free and are based on what is visible when we look at the yard. Irrigation is the common exception: a line has to be opened before anyone can say for certain what is wrong with it, so an irrigation estimate can change once the ground is open. If it changes, you hear the number before we keep going.
Dates are our best estimate, not a promise. Monsoon storms, heat and the state of the ground move schedules, and sod in particular is planted when it will actually take root rather than on the day it is most convenient.
Grass and plants live or die on watering after we leave. We set up the irrigation and tell you how to run it, but we cannot be responsible for material that is not watered, is turned off, or is damaged by pets, freeze or storm.
We need access to the yard and to the water shutoff on the day of the work. Buried lines that were never marked or documented — old irrigation, low-voltage lighting, pet fencing — can be hit during digging even when we are careful. Tell us what is down there if you know.
Payment terms are agreed in the estimate before work starts. Larger jobs may be split between a materials payment and a balance on completion.
