Which irrigation repair a Chandler house needs depends on when the house was built. The 1980s blocks near downtown were plumbed for lawn — rotor heads, older valves, PVC run shallow because caliche does not let you go much deeper — and a good number of them are now watering rock and shrubs through a system nobody ever redesigned for that.
