Leaks found and fixed, and new lines run for new projects — Apache Junction, Pinal County.
Not every property in Apache Junction is on city water. Wells and shared lines are common out here, and they do not behave like a metered municipal tap — pressure swings, a pump cycling when nothing is calling for water, a line feeding two properties that only shows a leak when the neighbor waters. So a leak call starts by tracing what is actually feeding the yard and where the valves sit, then digging once instead of three times. We fix leaks in mainlines, laterals and drip, replace valves, heads and split poly, and run new lines for new projects — drip to a rock bed going in, a row of trees about to be planted, a part of the lot that never had water to it at all.
Decomposed granite and caliche hide a leak well. On a big Apache Junction parcel the wet spot can surface twenty feet downhill of the actual break, or never surface at all, so we follow the line rather than dig where the water shows. On a shared line we also want to know who else is on it before anything gets shut down.
Water, rock, grass and shade — the whole yard, by one crew.
